I'm watching the Australia Ireland International Rules game right now. And you know? Australia struggle hard. This is the classic brain vs brawn battle, and brain wins out. Especially as brawn is much easier to get than brain. Also I'm sure I'm not the only soccer player that doesn't see how the footy players can make kicking a round ball look so hard. Good effort, lads.
I was watching an EPL game the other day, the Man Utd one perhaps, and I noticed two of the reasons why I like soccer so much, however both reasons are slightly related. The first is the size of the shorts. Footy players wear shorts three sizes too small and leave very little to the imagination, whereas soccer players wear shorts that end just above the knees and can flap in the wind. The second is soccer players always have their socks up, more by necessity than choice. It's just a more professional look.
